Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore is seeking a dedicated social worker to join our 24/7 NAVH helpline. You will engage callers to assess severity, gather information from schools, families and agencies, and conduct risk and safety assessments to determine appropriate responses.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required. You will work shifts to support a round-the-clock service and collaborate with agencies for effective case management.

Qualification & Skills

• Possess Bachelor Degree In Social Work or a relevant degree in social sciences or related discipline(s) (e.g. psychology)

Other Information

Relevant Experience

• Prior experience as a social worker in violence specialist centre and child protection work related field would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Be willing to work shift hours as the NAVH is a 24/7 helpline (shift allowance provided)
