Responsibilities:
Direct service practice, casework and counselling: Conducting psychosocial assessments, coordinating care, providing counselling support, intervening in client crisis situations, and providing psycho-education to patients and families about their treatment plan and the available resources and support systems
Development and management of programmes
Management and coordination of service delivery
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work
Preferably at least 2 years of direct practice experience (Social Worker)
Possess good team management and interpersonal skills
Able to perform social work administrative functions
