Job summary

APSN LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified social worker to assess students’ psychosocial needs and to develop, implement and review individualised case and care plans.

You will conduct interventions to address social, emotional and developmental needs, and you will uphold professional ethics and commit to continuous professional development. You will collaborate with students, parents, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, provide consultation and training, coordinate community resources

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Professional accreditation/registration in Social Work is an advantage.
• Experience in casework, family work, group work or with persons with disabilities is an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience in social service, education, healthcare or community settings are encouraged to apply.
