Working hours: 5 days office hours

Responsibilities:

1. Direct work with patients and families, providing necessary assistance
2. Support in case management through providing patient escort and home visit support
3. Participate in work process improvements and quality improvement projects

5. Provide support on the administrative and operational running of the department
6. Support in programmes and projects
