Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Hospital Administrative Support role in Singapore, Queenstown location. You will manage counter duties, interact with patients and families, and assist discharge planning and referrals to care planning areas.

Role involves translating for Medical Social Workers, escorting patients, and supporting home visit activities, with participation in quality improvement projects and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support on the administrative and operational running of the department, including managing the counter and related duties
• Direct work with patients and families including intake interviews, conducting financial assessment and providing necessary assistance and assisting with referrals to facilitate discharge planning in selective areas of care planning
• Support Medical Social Workers in case management through translation assistance and is providing patient escort and home visit support
• Participate in work process improvements and quality improvement projects
• Work with other departments within the hospital and with external organizations to facilitate patient care and experience
• Supporting the department in programmes and projects
