About Family Service Centres (FSC): Our FSCs are committed to providing accessible, culturally sensitive, and client-centered services to empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and lead fulfilling lives. Whether through individual counseling, group support, or community engagement, the FSCs strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.
Responsibilities:
Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to case workers. To co-work with case workers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards supporting the family’s needs.
Provide logistics and administrative support for FSC programmes and operations.
Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients.
Requirements:
Diploma in Social Work/in relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Good Team Player.
