Job description:

Our Social Work Assistants will be responsible for providing support service to the Medical Social Workers (MSWs) in the Medical Social Work Department.

Such support services include:

• Providing frontline service to man the outpatient clinics counters
• Attending to clinic patients' and their families' enquiries
• Administering welfare schemes
• Conducting financial assessment interviews
• Supporting MSWs to provide casework follow-up
• Making home visits, accompanying and escorting patients on errands
• Arranging for employment opportunities for patients
• Providing administrative support for keeping and compilation of statistics
• Handling reception and other office clerical duties.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or O-level
• Experience in a related field is preferred
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

Remuneration will commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Social Work Assistant position with us.

Do kindly note that for this position, the selected candidate(s) will be expected to start work only from early 2025 onwards.
