Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose content relevant to employer and clients’ business objectives
  • Develop writing styles and tone appropriate for each brand’s customer personas
  • Develop coherent editorial strategies across delivery platforms for each client
  • Discovery of social media content specifications
  • Revise strategies and styles according to audience analytics and comments
  • Revise strategies and styles according to market trends
  • Planning of editorial calendar for social media accounts
  • Quality assurance of work-in-progress content/content revision submissions, and final art submissions
  • Scheduling and publishing of social media content

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing strategy and data analytics.
  • Fluent in English, with business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Strong spelling and grammar skills are essential.
  • Proficient in GSuite tools, with a solid understanding of data analysis and presentation fundamentals.
  • Have experience in running a creative campaign, from strategy development to creative execution.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present strategy-led campaign ideas to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Japanese to support projects involving Japanese-language content or clients
