Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Location: Singapore (Full-Time, Hybrid)

As we grow, we’re looking for a driven Social Media Strategist to join our team and lead client accounts with confidence and creativity.

Position Overview

As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll take charge of client accounts—owning the strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll serve as the bridge between the agency and the client, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance of all social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account & Client Management

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients

  • Build strong client relationships through regular updates and strategic discussions

  • Understand each client’s business needs and translate them into social media goals and strategies

  • Lead client meetings and performance reviews

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop strategic, platform-specific content calendars based on client goals and audience insights

  • Collaborate with creative team (designers, videographers, etc.) to bring content ideas to life

  • Stay updated on trends, competitors, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and effective

Paid Advertising Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Manage audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance optimisation

  • Provide clients with performance insights and actionable recommendations

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)

  • Prepare monthly reports with strategic insights for clients

  • Use data to refine content and advertising strategies continuously

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably agency-side

  • Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads

  • Excellent project and client management skills

  • Strong copywriting and strategic thinking abilities

  • Confident communicator and presenter

  • Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts concurrently

  • Knowledge of Xiaohongshu is an advantage
