As we grow, we’re looking for a driven Social Media Strategist to join our team and lead client accounts with confidence and creativity.
Position Overview
As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll take charge of client accounts—owning the strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll serve as the bridge between the agency and the client, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance of all social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Management
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
Build strong client relationships through regular updates and strategic discussions
Understand each client’s business needs and translate them into social media goals and strategies
Lead client meetings and performance reviews
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop strategic, platform-specific content calendars based on client goals and audience insights
Collaborate with creative team (designers, videographers, etc.) to bring content ideas to life
Stay updated on trends, competitors, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and effective
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance optimisation
Provide clients with performance insights and actionable recommendations
Analytics & Reporting
Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
Prepare monthly reports with strategic insights for clients
Use data to refine content and advertising strategies continuously
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably agency-side
Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads
Excellent project and client management skills
Strong copywriting and strategic thinking abilities
Confident communicator and presenter
Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts concurrently
Knowledge of Xiaohongshu is an advantage
