Job Description:
Our boutique interior design company seeks an experienced and passionate Social Media Strategist to drive brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. This role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute social media strategies that align with company goals, brand guidelines, and KPIs.
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Little Red Book.
• Conduct in-depth research on trends and audience preferences in the luxury sector to recommend and incorporate new features that enhance brand engagement.
• Collaborate with designer and management teams to create, edit, and publish captivating content that resonates with our company brand and marketing strategy.
• Optimise SEO, web traffic metrics, and engagement across all platforms.
• Analyse social media campaigns, monitor performance, and provide monthly ROI reports.
• Engage with customers and followers, responding to inquiries and managing comments and reviews promptly.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Contribute digital insights for new market expansion and support strategic planning and onboarding for these regions.
• Collaborate with franchise partners to advise on local social media campaigns and optimisation.
Job Requirement
• 1-2 years’ experience in a strategic social media and/or digital marketing role, with a focus on luxury brands or high-end markets.
• Proficient in social media metrics, SEO, and digital tracking tools.
• Enthusiastic about social media trends and digital technologies.
• Experience working with both local and international markets.
• Fluent in English with strong copywriting skills.
• Skilled in editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Previous experience in luxury or boutique design industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social and programmatic advertising, content creation, and conceptualisation.
