Job Scope:

• Assist to develop and implement social media strategies, to increase brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, and usage of the Group’s products and services.

• Collaborate with appointed agency to develop engaging social media content.

• Propose appropriate social media content and media buy strategies.

• Manage ad campaigns to optimize FB/IG ads within campaign budgets.

• Analyse campaign performance, focusing on improving performance and ad ROIs, and tracking relevant metrics to measure campaign success.

• Consolidate and provide data for reporting purposes and to benchmark results against industry standards.

• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for the execution of campaigns.

• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Marketing / Communications or a related discipline.

• Possess at least 5 years of Marketing / Communications experience including 2 years in social media management.

• Experienced in managing digital ads including Meta ads (FB and IG), TikTok, Google ads, etc.

• Prior experience working with social media agencies.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Proficiency in social media management tools.

• Knowledge in video editing tools.

• Some familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

• Ability to generate innovative content ideas, creative thinking, and strong analytical skills.

• An independent team player who is resourceful and able to multitask and thrive in ambiguity.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
