We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Entry-Level Social Media Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on generating and nurturing leads through strategic social media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to blend creativity with performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll play a key role in building awareness, engaging our audience, and turning followers into qualified leads.
Plan, create, and schedule compelling content designed to drive user interest and lead conversions across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Execute targeted paid and organic social media campaigns aimed at lead generation
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead magnets (e.g., downloadable resources, webinars, giveaways) and promote them through social channels
Monitor and manage inbound messages and comments, identifying and qualifying potential leads
Track and report on key lead generation metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and cost per lead
A/B test different types of content, calls to action, and ad creatives to optimize performance
Coordinate with sales or business development teams to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up with leads
Stay informed on platform updates, lead generation strategies, and social media trends to continuously improve efforts
Polytechnic Diploma and Equivalent
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of lead generation strategies
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for persuasive and action-oriented messaging
Analytical mindset and basic knowledge of social media metrics and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines
Possess sales skills to relate to our lead generation purpose
Experience with paid social advertising (especially Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
Sales experience will be a plus to relate to lead generation projects
