We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and generate valuable leads. Additionally, you will execute sales strategies and spearhead the company's sales expansion efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive social media, marketing, and strategy plan aligned with overall business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Optimize social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu) and Google accounts.
- Develop social media calendars and manage budget planning.
- Develop new growth strategies and campaigns for implementation.
- Collaborate with the in-house design team for related designs and campaigns.
- Plan and produce social media content such as IG posts, reels, TikTok videos, and other creatives.
- Brainstorm ideas and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and maintain website visuals.
- Create various content types including videos, photos, animations, GIFs, and other design elements for online and offline marketing channels.
- Define and monitor KPIs for social media campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably residing in Singapore.
- Qualifications and experience in Communications, Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proficient in platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM.
- Experience managing Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada shops is a plus.
