A leading company in Singapore seeks an experienced social media manager to bring content ideas to life across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative team, managing content timelines, and engaging directly with clients. Ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of social media trends and a proactive approach to project execution. Knowledge of the Indonesian market is a plus.
Focus :
We’re looking for someone who understands what works on TikTok, Instagram, and
Facebook — and knows how to bring content ideas to life. You’ll work closely with our creative team to plan when and how to launch content.
You’ll help build content calendars, suggest what kind of posts we should create, and make sure the work lands well on social media.
You’ll also help find and work with influencers and content creators, making sure
content gets produced on time and feels right for the platform. You should be
comfortable talking to clients and explaining ideas clearly.
If you know the Indonesian market, that’s a bonus — but not a must!
What you’ll do:
• Plan social media calendars with the creative team
• Help decide what to post, when, and where
• Know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Contact creators/influencers and help get content made
• Keep everything on track from idea to launch
• Talk directly with clients and present ideas
• Visibility on media buy to address any client needs should they arise.
• Client advocacy as a consultant representative and advise client of strategic and production feasibilities, as and when required
What we’re looking for:
• You’ve done this before — at least 6-8 years in social media or content work
• You understand social platforms and trends
• You’re organized and can handle moving parts
• You’re confident talking to clients
Bonus: You know the Indonesia market.
