Job description:

You will be part of a strongly knitted team to brainstorm, strategise, plan, create & execution content/digital marketing for our clients. We believe in a happy team makes happy clients.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.

  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and brand positioning for each client.

  • Able to create content i.e. reels, creatives, visuals, short-form ads, videography, photography

  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and ads.

  • Lead brainstorming & discussions for fresh ideas of content

  • Launch and optimize paid social campaigns based on KPIs and client goals.

  • Track performance and create monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and social best practices — and proactively apply them to client strategies.

  • Act as the main point of contact for social media with select clients — managing communication, expectations, and feedback loops.

  • Attending pitching and meetings with clients

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of social media experience, ideally within an agency setting.

  • Proven success managing multiple brand accounts with different voices and goals.

  • Strong portfolio of creative and strategic work (please include examples or links).

  • Proficient in tools like Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Capcut and/or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of paid social strategy and performance metrics.

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or B2B brands.
