Key Responsibilities:
Use platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and DMs.
Build relationships with potential customers by understanding their financial needs and guiding them toward the right product or service.
Create and manage outreach campaigns (messages, replies, comments) tailored to different audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align offers, campaigns, and messaging.
Maintain a daily log of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Stay updated with product features, market trends, and customer pain points.
Requirements:
Local diploma and above
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of financial products (e.g., loans, investments, credit, insurance) is a plus.
Comfortable using social media for business: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.
Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
