Job summary

SAY Concepts is a Singapore-based creative agency seeking a dynamic individual to support day-to-day operations of client accounts, including presentations, approvals, and flawless delivery. You will work with photographers, designers and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns on schedule.

The role involves ideation, content creation across multiple formats, and hands-on management of ad deployments and client communications in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Development of integrated creative and media strategies.
• Coordinates with photographers, designers and external partners to deliver campaigns on time.
• Drives media excellence and identifies opportunities through current digital platforms.
• Contributes to content ideation and creates concepts based on client briefs.
• Creates multimedia content including writing, copywriting, photography, design and talenting as appropriate.
• Facilitates communication between agency, client and partner agencies.
• Drafts briefs, content calendars, copywriting, scheduling and posting of content.
• Deploys ads and monitors performance for clients on a daily basis.
• Manages community across client social media profiles.
• Prepares reports and attends client meetings.
• Coordinates shoots to ensure client approval and satisfaction.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Supports on the day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, gaining internal and external creative concept approval, and executing flawless delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of integrated creative and media strategies to plans that drive a range of business outcomes, from brand awareness to conversions.
• Works with photographers, designers and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns on time.
• Driving media excellence across the team, while keeping up to date with the digital media industry and platforms to identify new opportunities that can be used to improve strategy.
• Be involved in content ideation and brainstorming sessions. Devise creative and inspiring concept and work based on the client's initial brief
• Create and participate in multimedia content that is aligned with the brand's tone and messaging as required, not limited to writing, copywriting, pre-production, photography, design, and talenting if suitable
• Facilitates the communication between agency, client and our partner agencies
• Create briefs, drafting content calendar, copywriting to scheduling and posting of content
• Deploy ads and daily monitoring of performance for clients
• Community management of social media profiles for clients
• Prepare reports and attend client meetings
• Coordinate and attends shoots to ensure client approval and satisfaction
