Your Responsibilities:
- 1️⃣ Social Media
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing daily social media posts.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Short Video
- Scripting, shooting and editing videos
- Support the team in developing a social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Working independently with an initiative driven mentality but excels while partnering with other colleagues with teamwork in mind.
- Stay informed of trends, memes, and communities on TikTok, and identify opportunities for the brand to participate in trending content.
- Ensure that all footage required during a shoot is captured, and footage are shot professionally.
- Track, analyse video performance and recalibrate content if necessary.
- Optimize the ads result and provide monthly reports on the data analysis.
Outreach to KOLs / Influencers / Affiliates for collaborations
Bonus (not a must have) : Visual Identity Management
- Develop and design attractive graphics with ideas and concepts for the Company’s product advertisements, brochures, posters, catalogues, packaging and product labels which includes develop concepts from start or adaptations of designs into different sizes or layout formats for print, web and social media platforms
- Accountable for deliverables and overall quality and design consistency of work product
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation in the Singapore market.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with local media outlets including traditional channels and digital media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the Public Relations field, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry)
- We welcome fresh graduates for the executive role (with a willingness to be trained)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and influencer trends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- A creative eye for content storytelling and understanding of digital engagement metrics
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bonus but not compulsory: Experience with basic video editing, content planning tools, or influencer database
