Job summary

Fenzo Digital, based in Singapore, seeks a creative and proactive Social Media Photographer & Videographer Intern to support client content production. You will join shoots, capture and produce photographs and videos, and contribute ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.

You'll assist with planning shoots, shot lists, lighting and composition, while producing vertical videos for short-form content. Travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to plan and execute photography and videography shoots for social media with basic lighting.
• Interest in both photography and videography for social media content.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn formats and trends.

Responsibilities

• Join client shoots for photography and videography on location.
• Support food, product, lifestyle, restaurant content and event coverage.
• Capture photos and videos using mobile or DSLR/mirrorless cameras for social media and campaigns.
• Assist with shot lists, lighting, framing, props and location setup.
• Produce vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories and similar formats.
• Contribute creative concepts and visuals aligned with client brands.
• Collaborate with social media team on content planning and asset delivery.
• Assist in selecting, organizing, editing and delivering media assets.
• Support daily management of social media accounts, content prep and publishing when needed.
• Research visual trends and emerging formats to improve content quality.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and social media specialists to stay on schedule.
• Undertake other content production tasks as assigned.

• Assist with planning and executing social media shoots, including shot lists, equipment checks, framing, lighting, composition, props, and location setup.
• Produce vertical video footage for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other short-form content.
• Propose creative concepts, shot ideas, and visual approaches that align with each client’s brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the social media team on content planning to ensure shoots deliver the assets required for upcoming posts.
• Assist with selecting, organising, editing, and delivering photographs and videos.
• Support the daily management of assigned social media accounts, including content preparation, scheduling, and publishing when required.
• Research visual trends, emerging content formats, and creative references to improve the quality and relevance of client content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and social media specialists to ensure projects progress on schedule.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Media, Communications, Design, Photography, Film, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to plan and execute photography and videography shoots for social media, with an understanding of framing, composition, exposure, and basic lighting.
• Interest in both photography and videography, particularly content developed for social media.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including their content formats, trends, and how to optimise visual content for each platform.
• Willingness to travel to client shoots and assist with setup and production.
