1.PaidAdvertising&PerformanceMarketing
Plan,execute,andoptimisepaidsocialmediacampaignsacrossplatformswithafocusonperformance,reach,andconversionmetrics.
WorkcloselywiththeMarketingteamtodefinecampaignobjectives,manageadbudgets,andcreatehigh-performingcreatives.
LeverageanalyticstoolstomeasuresuccessandreportonROI,whilesuggestingcontinuousimprovementstoadbuyingstrategies.
2.SocialMediaManagement
BeapartoftheteamoverseeingandmanagingthesocialmediaaccountsofSoDrama!Entertainment,ourupcomingnewRewards&Entertainmentapp-Kakee,ensuringconsistencyandversatilityintone,branding,andmessagingacrossFacebook,Instagram,TikTok,andYouTube.
3.ContentCreation&CampaignExecution
Ideate,developandproduceengaging,shareable,andtrend-drivencontentacrossplatformsandemergingchannelsinlinewitharobustcontentcalendar.
Planandexecutecreativesocialmediacampaigns,contestsandinteractiveactivitiestodriveengagement,downloadsandothersuccessfactors.
4.PartnerCollaborations
Identifyandengagewithinfluencers,creatorsandbrandambassadorstoexpandreachandenhancebrandcredibility.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’sdegreeinDigitalMarketing,Media/Communications,orarelatedfield.
2–4yearsofexperienceinsocialmediaperformancemarketing,media/adbuying,orcontentmarketing–ideallyinentertainment,media,orlifestylesectors.
Strongunderstandingofadplatforms(Meta,TikTok,YouTube),A/Btesting,biddingstrategies,andperformancemetrics.
Confidentinmobilecontentcreation–filming,editing,andproducingshort-formvideosindependently.
Excellentwritingandcommunicationskills;creativeandculturallyfluentacrossdigitalplatforms.
Hands-onexperiencewithanalyticstools(e.g.,MetaBusinessSuite,TikTokAdsManager,GoogleAnalytics);familiaritywithEmplifyisaplus.
