Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc)
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools
Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and conversion rates
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends
Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized marketing efforts
Manage customer feedback from various channels and use insights to improve campaign performance
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management
To produce effective statistical social media assets
Familiar in DSL and design software (Photoshop, Canvas & etc)
Familiar in social listening tools (example: meltwater, sprinklr, social baker)
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Technical knowledge or experiences in using Meta Business Suite, HubSpot (any CMS systems), MailChimp/ Clevertap (others EDM systems) and Wordpress or relevant systems
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
