Social Media Marketing & Product Follow-Up Specialist
    We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing & Product Follow-Up Specialist. Initially, this role will be remote, but after three months, you will be required to join our office in Gandhinagar. You will be working with New Zealand-based clients, so strong English communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. Create engaging content for social media platforms to boost audience interaction. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance. Manage product follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback. Collaborate with the team to understand product details and client requirements. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing and client communication. Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken). Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation. Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
