We are looking for a regional marketing manager with experience working with social media influencers across the APAC region. This is a contract hire for 11-months.
Candidates with experience in the Entertainment, FMCG or Sports industry or previously worked with products related to these industries will have an added advantage.
Overview:
- You will be working closely with social media influencers across different regions, analyze campaign progress and fine-tune marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of the APAC social influencer blueprint in close partnership with Global social influencer marketing team and local markets and product teams.
- Launch a successful pilot of the data-driven influencer marketing approach in APAC and set a clear path for scaling across APAC
- Roll out the global social influencer marketing training program to all APAC marketers and guide teams to upskill with literacy and know-how to fully tap into social influencer marketing
- Set a solid foundation of infrastructure, processes, governance and guardrails for influencer marketing in APAC to safeguard the brand
- Conduct an influencer campaign, spend and execution audit for APAC and present to key stakeholders of key gaps and business opportunities that will inform the longer term APAC influencer strategy.
- Roll out the multiple global influencer programs successfully and effectively in all key APAC markets.
- Test and learn the global data-driven influencer marketing approach for a 6 months pilot and consolidate learnings for scaling.
- Build infrastructure and standardize tooling for APAC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant and deep social influencer marketing experience in the entertainment, sports or FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of the social influencer and creator industry and ability to apply strategic thinking to solving for critical business gaps.
- Strong track record of building successful influencer programs that drive impact to brand and business results.
- Have leveraged a sound data driven approach beyond pure relationship to build a sustainable influencer model.
- Have the creative judgment and experience to drive outstanding influencer collaboration social campaign creatives.
- Have experiences and thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment with multiple APAC countries and complex organizational structures.
- Comfortably navigate ambiguity
- Familiar with social creator tools and social media tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr etc.
- Social Media related skills such as experiences of managing social accounts, creating and publishing social content, social analytics, community management, social listening etc
