Advisors Alliance Group (AAG) invites applications for a Social Media Marketing Intern role in Singapore. You will help build personal brands, create engaging content, and run marketing campaigns within the financial services sector.

You'll collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to gain hands-on experience in branding, content strategy, and AI-powered tools, while developing practical skills for a career in digital marketing and recruitment marketing.

Qualificações

• Pursuing Marketing/Communications/Business or related field.
• Passionate about social media and content creation.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of design/editing tools is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Assist in developing social media campaigns for recruitment, events, and initiatives.
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva and CapCut.
• Film and edit reels, interviews, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Support personal branding for company leaders.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Research trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and captions.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns.

Working closely with our marketing and leadership team, you'll play a key role in enhancing our online presence while developing practical skills in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote recruitment, events, and company initiatives.
• Design graphics, short-form videos, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Film and edit reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Support personal branding initiatives for company leaders and financial consultants.
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, and improve marketing efficiency.
• Assist in organising marketing events, workshops, and recruitment campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Polytechnic or university students pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing in or filming content is a plus.
• No prior experience required—we'll provide guidance and mentorship.
