Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and analytical Marketing Executive to take ownership of our digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, running, and optimising paid ads (Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.) and supporting content creation for our social media channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.
This role is suitable for someone who is inquisitive, efficient, and willing to learn, with some hands‑on experience in digital campaigns. Experience in the beauty / skincare / health industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Ads Management)
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube where relevant)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Shopee (and/or other e‑commerce ad platforms)
- Optimise campaigns for key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, etc.).
- Conduct A/B tests (creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages) to improve performance.
- Work with tracking tools (pixels, UTM links, GA/analytics) to ensure proper attribution and reporting.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management, with clear recommendations.
2. Social Media & Content Support
- Work with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars for social media channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, [Xiao Hong Shu / Rednote if applicable]).
- Brief designers / videographers on creatives needed for campaigns and social content.
- Draft clear, engaging ad copies and post captions aligned with brand tone.
- Support content production (shoots, behind‑the‑scenes, user testimonials, etc.) where needed.
3. Brand & Campaign Support
- Conduct market and competitor research (especially in beauty / skincare / health categories) to identify trends, hooks, and angles.
- Collaborate with e‑commerce / livestream / sales teams to align campaigns with promotions and key sales periods.
- Assist in planning and executing campaign launches (11.11, 12.12, payday sales, new product launches, etc.).
- Where applicable, guide and supervise marketing interns on executional tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / social media marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one ads platform (Google / Meta / Shopee / other e‑commerce platforms).
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and dashboards; able to interpret performance metrics.
- Strong sense of initiative, able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Inquisitive mindset, efficient work style, and a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
Preferred (but not mandatory)
- Experience running multi‑platform campaigns (Google + Meta + e‑commerce ads).
- Experience in beauty / skincare / health / lifestyle brands or e‑commerce.
- Basic skills in creative tools (Canva, simple video editing, etc.).
