A leading company in the F&B sector is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance brand awareness and community engagement across Southeast Asia. The role involves managing social media operations, producing engaging content, and driving brand visual design. Candidates should have a strong creative mindset, experience in graphic design, and be familiar with Southeast Asian market trends.
Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
a. Manage daily operations on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu for Cai Lin Ji.
b. Develop content strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
c. Plan localized content based on Southeast Asian market trends.
2. Content Creation & Promotion
a. Produce high-quality visuals, short videos, Reels, and image posts that highlight our signature products (e.g., hot dry noodles, instant snacks).
b. Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs on influencer campaigns such as store visits and product reviews.
3. Brand Visual Design
a. Oversee the brand visual identity for Southeast Asia (logo extensions, packaging, in-store materials).
b. Design culturally relevant creative assets (e.g., festival-themed posters and video covers for Singapore/Malaysia).
4. Digital Content Production
a. Create social media graphics, short videos, and GIFs for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
b. Work with the operations team to design high-conversion creatives (e.g., promotional visuals, influencer collaboration designs).
5. Community Engagement & Social Listening
a. Respond promptly to comments and DMs to maintain a positive brand image and handle public sentiment.
b. Manage fan communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, LINE groups) to build user loyalty and engagement.
Requirements
1. Experience
a. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media operations; experience in F&B / FMCG or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
b. Familiarity with platform algorithms and ad tools such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
2. Skills
a. Strong content creation ability (shooting, editing, copywriting); proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop.
b. Over 3 years of experience in graphic or brand design, preferably with a portfolio in F&B/FMCG.
c. Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva; able to deliver end-to-end creative output.
d. Well-versed in Southeast Asian visual trends and aesthetics.
3. Traits

b. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and working in cross-cultural teams.
