Social Media Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team! (must be fluent with English and Chinese)

You'll be the face and the brains behind our content on Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok/Douyin, and WeChat Channels – creating engaging, informative, and visually attractive short videos that connect with our audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Write scripts and create short-form video content (mainly face-to-camera/voiceover)
• Confidently present on camera for knowledge-sharing, storytelling, and lifestyle content
• Shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
• Operate and grow our accounts on TikTok/Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Channels
• Capture trends, analyze content performance, and fine-tune strategies for better reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and seasonal content

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has strong on-camera presence and clear, engaging communication skills (Mandarin preferred, English a plus)
• Is experienced with video editing and content production for social platforms
• Understands content strategies tailored for TikTok/Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat
• Is passionate about education, lifestyle, or youth culture and wants to make meaningful content
• Is creative, proactive, and able to work independently on projects

Bonus Points If You:

• Have a strong personal presence on social media or past content portfolio
• Are familiar with study abroad, education, or parenting topics
• Can do basic design or layout for social content (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
