Position: Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Schedule: 5 days’ work per week

Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Monthly Salary: $2100 - $2700

Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Content & Marketing Intern. You will be responsible for assisting in creating, managing, and promoting engaging social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Your tasks include working on content calendars, analyzing social media performance, and contributing to marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and implement online campaigns across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, RED.
2. Plan, produce, and upload content onto selected social media platforms.
3. Generate design concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns.
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
5. Community management of Nice Minimart's social media pages, including responding to direct messages, comments, and complaints to maintain channel health.
6. Provide social media promotional support for internal teams.
7. Support social listening and analysis to identify trends and monitor competitor activities.
8. Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
9. Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.
10. Assist occasionally with photo-shoots/video shoots.
11. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
