Midea APAC is seeking a resourceful and creative Social Media Marketing & Admin Executive to support our regional marketing team across APAC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in content creation, digital campaign planning, and media buying , who can collaborate across multiple markets to elevate brand visibility in the home appliances industry.

Responsibilities:


Social Media Content Strategy & Development

  • Plan and develop engaging digital content (copy, visuals, videos) tailored for regional campaigns, working closely with local markets.
  • Localize global brand assets for regional use, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Research social trends across APAC to propose creative formats for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Support the creation of content toolkits and best practice guidelines for country teams.

Video & Visual Production

  • Conceptualize and produce short-form video content and product feature highlights using tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Collaborate with agencies or internal creatives to deliver high-quality visuals for social and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in visual storytelling for brand moments, launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Regional Campaign & Media Coordination

  • Support the roll-out of integrated marketing campaigns across APAC markets in coordination with regional brand, product, and Public Relations teams.
  • Liaise with media agencies on campaign briefs, asset delivery, targeting strategies, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of creative assets and campaign toolkits to local teams, maintaining brand alignment across markets.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance, gather insights from local markets, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in optimizing media investments across digital platforms (social, display, video) based on performance data and regional feedback.
  • Track digital media budgets and support reporting to ensure efficient use of spend.

Reporting & Admin Support

  • Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and gathering insights from regional dashboards.
  • Support administrative tasks including updating calendars, tracking creative asset usage, and maintaining campaign documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice processing and campaign timelines

Qualifications:


Experience & Background 工作经验&背景

  • 1 to 2 years of experience, familiar with digital media buying processes and campaign execution.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and consumer engagement trends.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects across different time zones.

Degree and Language 学历&语言

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proficient in English. Chinese proficiency is also required for effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts based in our global HQ in China.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
