Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and relevant content to effectively reach the company’s target audience.
Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including photography, curation, publishing, and scheduling across social media platforms.
Strategize, write, and advertise online content to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.
Analyze the performance of social media posts and channels, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Grow the company’s social media presence by implementing and refining overall social media strategies.
Monitor, promote, and track brand visibility across social media networks.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to support content initiatives.
Plan and execute weekly activities, ensuring timely reporting and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the CEO to manage crisis communications on social media effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Mass Communication, or any equivalent professional qualifications.
Brings along at least 2 years of experience with social media platforms and social content marketing.
Experienced in handling commercial accounts & campaigns on mobile social media.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
