Social Media Manager / Copywriter

The Role

We’re looking for someone to help shape not just the work, but how we work — someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, communication, and collaboration.

As part of our evolving team, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between Clients and Creatives. It’s about nurturing a shared vision, aligning expectations, and ensuring creative work is both impactful and purposeful. You’ll be the connective tissue that keeps things moving and meaningful — from briefing to brainstorming, feedback to final delivery. Your goal: to create an environment where great work gets made.

Copywriting will be a core craft, but your role goes far beyond writing. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping ideas, developing campaigns, and delivering creative that connects — across industries such as fashion, ecommerce, hospitality and finance. Whether it’s a witty caption, hardworking post copy or a simple on-trend script for a video, your words will shape brands and how they connect with people.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Clients and the Creative team

  • Facilitate clear, constructive communication across all phases of a project

  • Work as part of a team in conceptualising creative solutions for communication problems

  • Work with Art Directors to ensure copy and visual work seamlessly together to meet desired objectives

  • Write persuasive copy that engages and drives people to take action

  • Help shape and guide the collaborative process, ensuring timelines, expectations, and standards are met

  • Help foster a sense of community, collaboration, and trust within and between teams

You’ll do well if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in advertising, writing, or other forms of communication

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Are confident managing relationships with both internal teams and external clients

  • Are able to hold space for creativity while keeping projects grounded and focused

  • Take initiative, stay organized, and bring a calm presence under pressure

  • Believe in the power of creativity and collaboration to solve real-world challenges
