We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and drive engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    Align social media goals with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (including images, videos, and graphics) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
    Collaborate with the design and animation teams to produce visually compelling content.
    Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a strong online community.
    Monitor trends and participate in relevant conversations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversion rates) to measure the success of campaigns.
    Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    Optimize ad spend based on performance data.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain relevant.
    Experiment with new formats and platforms to reach untapped audiences.
