Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager with over 5+ years of relevant working experience to take ownership of our client’s most strategic advertising accounts within the China Export sector. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders. This is a high-impact role centred on supporting leading Chinese advertisers in expanding their global footprint through performance marketing, SEM, e-commerce, and social media advertising.

In this role, you will work closely with senior decision-makers across a portfolio of export-focused clients, delivering tailored advertising strategies that align with their global growth objectives. You’ll play a key role in driving account growth, improving campaign performance, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Success
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with top advertisers, ensuring continued engagement and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) with top advertisers, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and proactively managing expectations.
Strategic Growth & Revenue Maximization
  • Gain a deep understanding of client business needs and objectives, translating them into tailored advertising solutions.
  • Continuously propose innovative solutions to expand partnerships and maximize ad revenue.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in performance marketing and SEM, guiding advertisers on best practices to optimize their campaigns.
Operational Excellence & Performance Tracking
  • Ensure the timely delivery of ad solutions, meeting client expectations and business goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create reports, forecasts, and key account metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising industry best practices to stay ahead in a dynamic landscape.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Digital Marketing.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in managing large advertisers, particularly in the China Export industry.
  • Strong expertise in social media advertising, performance marketing, and SEM with hands-on experience.
  • Strong track record managing e-commerce clients, with experience across APAC, international, and China-based brands.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts.
  • Previous experience working in a tech platform, digital marketing firm, or social media advertising company.
