Role Description

The Social Media Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting InsourceAI's online presence across social platforms. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves creating and scheduling social media content, assisting in the development of campaigns, and monitoring engagement and audience feedback. The intern will help gather and analyze performance metrics, contribute ideas for digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency. This role also includes basic community management, such as responding to comments and messages under guidance, and staying current with social media trends relevant to technology and supply chain topics.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively use and understand Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tools and concepts.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, basic visual editing, and adapting content for different platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and interest in developing strategic campaign ideas.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and tone.
• Interest in technology, AI, and global supply chains is highly beneficial.
• Basic familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
