Job summary

Cookie Crumble Marketing Studio is seeking a Marketing Research & Strategy Intern to delve into competitor insights and content strategy. You will research niches, identify high-performing content formats, and translate findings into actionable plans for the team.

You'll analyze trends on Instagram and TikTok, study hooks, and help plan content calendars. Ideal candidates are studying marketing/communications, with genuine interest in social media and analytics, and comfortable working

Qualifications

Background in marketing, communications, business, or related field with diploma or degree.
Genuine interest in social media, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
Strong research instincts and thorough, not just skimming.
Able to work independently and manage your own time.
Familiar with Instagram and TikTok not just as a user.
Bonus: experience with content calendars, social media tools, or marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

Competitor and niche research — mapping out winners, how they do it, and lessons learned.
Content pillar research — identifying content types, themes, and formats that perform best in each niche.
Trend and virality analysis — monitor Instagram and TikTok and flag weekly opportunities.
Hook and copy research — study phrasing and hooks that drive engagement in similar spaces.
Content planning and calendar management — convert research into structured content plans for execution.
Weekly audio and trend refresh — update team on trending sounds and formats.
