A fast-growing F&B chain in Singapore is seeking a Social Media & Platform Marketing Executive. This role involves managing social media content, optimizing delivery platform listings, and overseeing all digital marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong photography and editing skills, as well as a creative approach to seasonal marketing campaigns.

We are a fast-growing F&B chain with 50+ outlets island-wide in Singapore, serving quality local and Asian cuisine. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and hands-on Social Media & Platform Marketing Executive to lead our digital presence and help grow our brand both online and on food delivery platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
Visit outlets to take photos and shoot videos of dishes, outlets, staff, and customers
Edit photos using Photoshop ensuring food visuals are attractive and aligned with brand identity
Post regularly with relevant hashtags, captions, and promotions
Handle seasonal promotions (e.g. Chinese New Year, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day menus)
Run paid ad campaigns to boost reach and customer engagement
️ Delivery Platform Marketing
Manage and optimize listings on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo
Design and update menus and photos for each platform
Coordinate and schedule promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Monitor platform analytics to improve performance and visibility
Requirements:
Experience in F&B marketing, social media management, or digital content creation
Strong food photography and photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent)
Knowledge of delivery platforms like GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo
Creative eye for menu design and seasonal marketing ideas
Able to travel to different outlets across Singapore for content shoots
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience with short-form video creation (Reels/TikToks) is a bonus
