About the role

We’re looking for a creative and organised Social Media Executive to help manage and grow our online presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in social media within a professional, creative environment. You’ll be working one day per week on a casual basis, supporting our campaigns and learning from an experienced team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads Manager implementation and reporting
  • Proven ability to provide optimisations and strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Social media content creation and production–ability to write social copy in brand voice and perform basic design (Canva)
  • TikTok ads manager (or past experience with Snapchat)
  • Competency with Excel
  • Reporting & analysis skills (Google Analytics desirable)
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite desirable)
  • Organic social strategy and experience across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , TikTok, Threads, X)
  • Ability to identify and engage with social media trends in a way that is relevant for the brand voice

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant bachelor degree or 2-4 years social & paid advert experience across the media industry or agency
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and organisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt, overcome hurdles and think strategically
  • A growth mindset and a drive to learn and grow within the business
  • Understanding of what motivates others to make decisions
