We’re looking for a highly organised individual with an eye for design and social media to take charge of our social media operations. This role involves overseeing a team of writers, designers, editors and social media executives to ensure smooth production and scheduling of high-volume content for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Management

  • Own and execute social content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Direct the production of high-quality content — from graphic designs to short-form videos
  • Join client meetings to deeply understand their brand goals and shape content strategies accordingly
  • Attend onsite shoots and edit dynamic, engaging videos for social media
  • Lead content ideation and ensure timely delivery and posting
Strategy & Planning
  • Build and manage content calendars that align with client campaigns and business objectives
  • Develop platform-specific strategies that increase engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Set KPIs and track performance — constantly looking for ways to improve
Performance Monitoring
  • Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and extract actionable insights
  • Optimise content and scheduling based on performance data and audience behaviour
  • Provide clear, insightful reports to both internal teams and clients
Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Oversee a small but mighty team of writers, designers, editors, and social execs
  • Maintain strong collaboration across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Stay updated on trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and innovative
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management – you have a deep understanding of the current and emerging social media landscape, trends and platforms
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills (visual and verbal)
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro
  • A good eye for design, a knack for storytelling, and familiarity with short-form video editing
  • Confidence with analytics and social media platforms (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
