At Biohackk, social media is not just a marketing tool—it’s our voice, our movement, and our gateway to inspire transformation in real lives. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the digital architect of how we show up online—owning the strategy, execution, and performance across all platforms.
This isn’t a support role—it’s a leadership seat. You’ll take full ownership of our social ecosystem, ensuring that every piece of content is bold, intentional, and aligned with our brand heartbeat. Beyond that, you’ll also be empowered to build and lead your dream social team—one that reflects your standards of excellence, creativity, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with a clear and consistent brand identity
Build and manage a strategic content calendar that supports key campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
Coordinate with the Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure a strong pipeline of engaging content
Track inbound leads through social DMs/comments and ensure timely, value-driven responses
Monitor and optimize platform performance through regular analytics reporting (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
Plug Biohackk into relevant cultural trends and viral moments with taste and brand alignment
Maintain strong community management—ensuring our audience feels seen, heard, and connected
Collaborate with the Brand Voice Architect to ensure all messaging is consistent and authentic across platforms
Regularly pitch fresh content ideas, campaign angles, and series that reflect our mission and drive traction
Grow and lead your own social media team as the brand scales—providing mentorship, structure, and strategic direction
Ideal Candidate:
Deep understanding of social media strategy, audience psychology, and digital branding
Strong communication skills with a creative eye and quick reflexes for trends
Confident in managing both the big picture (strategy) and the small details (captions, analytics, DM replies)
Hungry to grow a team and lead from a place of inspiration and standard-setting
Experience in building and scaling content-driven communities is a plus
