Job description

Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
2. Researches and analyses social media trends, social media influencers, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
3. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
4. Creates written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
5. Collaborates with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
6. Optimises content for publication across various social media sites.
7. Plans and schedules content in advance.
8. Researches new social media trends and hashtags.
9. Builds brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
10. Manages our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
11. Responds to comments on each of their accounts.
12. Oversees customer service provided via social media.
13. Analyses data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree / Diploma in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
3. Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
4. In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
5. Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
6. Flexible and engaging writing style.
7. Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
8. Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various events.
