Job Description

  • Create and curate original content (copy, photos, videos, reels, stories) for EtonHouse’s social media platforms that reflect the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity.
  • Visit schools regularly to capture real-time, story-led content and build a pipeline of organic material for use across channels.
  • Engage with the community — including parents, educators, and students — to identify and encourage user-generated content (UGC) and authentic storytelling.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates, including shortlisting, outreach, coordination, and content follow-up.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools, ensuring consistency and platform optimisation.
  • Monitor and moderate community conversations, responding to messages and comments with warmth and professionalism.
  • Track and report performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions to optimise engagement and reach.
  • Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with agencies when required.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and content formats relevant to education and parenting communities.
  • Support the development of toolkits and guidance for schools launching new channels or campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media channels, with hands-on content creation and community engagement.
  • Strong photography, videography, and writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Familiar with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Comfortable working on-site at schools and travelling if required (local and overseas).
  • Able to build relationships with internal teams and external collaborators.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Passion for storytelling, education, and building meaningful connections with audiences.
