Job Summary


You’ll be the architect of Smartpaw’s community and partnership initiatives, managing our presence at pet-related events, fostering influencer relationships, crafting compelling social media narratives, and producing engaging video content to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination

Plan and execute 4-6 major pet industry events annually (e.g., trade shows, conferences) and smaller local community gatherings.

Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience.

  • Content Creation for Social Media

Develop and produce creative content (graphics, videos, and posts) for platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, and YouTube to boost brand awareness.

Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Premiere Pro to create visually appealing, on-brand content.

Design visually appealing event collateral (e.g., posters, banners, digital signage) to enhance Smartpaw’s presence at events.

  • Live Shows

Host engaging live sessions on TikTok and Shopee Live to showcase products, connect with audiences, and drive sales.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven Experience: At least 1 year of event planning experience (required).
  • Skillsets: Expertise in design and videography, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and knowledge of the pet industry.
  • Creativity & Initiative: Ability to develop innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, product, and external teams.
