We're looking for a talented Social Media & E-commerce Specialist to take the reins of our online presence and drive our sales initiatives. In this multifaceted role, you'll be the architect of our brand's digital voice, directly impacting our customer engagement and revenue growth.
As our Social Media & E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand message. You'll also be the engine behind our e-commerce operations, from product listing and campaign management to order fulfillment and customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of online consumer behavior.
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media content calendar.
Create compelling and engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to our strategy.
Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster brand loyalty.
Run paid social media campaigns, optimize ad spend, and analyze performance.
E-commerce Operations:
Manage product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and compelling descriptions.
Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce sales campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
Track inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
Process orders, manage shipping logistics, and handle customer service inquiries related to e-commerce.
Analyze e-commerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Content Creation & Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media and e-commerce strategies with overall marketing goals.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that span across both social and e-commerce channels.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and running successful online campaigns.
Demonstrable experience in e-commerce operations, including platform management (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon & other major online marketplace) and sales campaign execution.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for images and videos.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and independent work ethic with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in e-commerce is a plus.
