Watsons Singapore is seeking a Social Media Marketing Assistant to support the in-house social media team with day-to-day content, community management and campaign operations. You will work with the Social Media Lead to ensure smooth execution across platforms and assist in filming setup, basic editing, and asset organization.

The role also involves drafting captions, scheduling posts, translating content into Simplified Chinese, and maintaining engagement through timely responses.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Retail/eCommerce or related disciplines
• Preferably with relevant Digital Marketing experience in Retail/eCommerce
• Detail-oriented and organised with strong interest in social media
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow structured processes
• Good command of English; both written and spoken
• Good command of Mandarin to support content translation needs

Responsabilidades

• Support content execution across platforms and assist filming setup
• Draft captions and coordinate publishing, including translations
• Manage customer responses via social platforms with templates and logging
• Maintain daily trackers and reporting sheets, support campaigns and asset collection
