At VELOCE, we don’t do boring. We’re seeking a Social Media & Community Lead with luxury brand experience to tell our own stories, manage affiliates and livestreamers, and drive high-performing launches, with livestreams that actually convert.

Salary & Structure

  • Full-Time: S$3,500 - S$5,000/month.
  • Part-Time: S$2,000 - S$2,500/month.

Your Mission

1. Content That Drips Luxury

  • Create, film, edit and post daily short-form content: TikTok, IG Reels, Stories, Xiaohongshu - make them sophisticated, sensory, and silently viral.
  • Develop original creative concepts and adapt trending formats to fit our luxury brand tone.

2. Livestreams That Build Community

  • Host and coordinate brand livestreams across TikTok, Shopee and/or XHS.
  • Work with livestreamers and product hosts to align on messaging and showcase angles.
  • Support real-time campaigns and in-stream tactics to boost engagement and sales.

3. Influencer & Affiliate Management

  • Identify and recruit creators, micro-influencers, and brand affiliates.
  • Manage communications, product seeding, creator schedules, and affiliate dashboards.
  • Grow our affiliate and livestreamer network to build top-of-funnel momentum.

4. Launch Campaign Support

  • Design pre-launch mystique (e.g., numbered countdown teasers), drop-day theatrics (KOL "unveilings"), and post-launch rituals (member-only replays).
  • Support creative campaign rollout, livestream content, and storytelling across platforms.
  • Analyse performance and iterate content formats that convert.

5. Guard the Brand Like a Jewel

  • Every comment, DM, and collab must reflect our uncompromising standards, polished but never pretentious.

Who You Are

  • 1-2+ years in luxury/beauty/fashion social media (bonus if you’ve worked with fragrance or hospitality).
  • Curated network of affiliates and KOLs aligned with the sensibilities of understated luxury.
  • Obsessed with subtlety - your content whispers exclusivity (no loud callouts or discount emojis).
  • Tools: CapCut, Canva, Discord
  • Comfortable being on camera and/or directing others on camera.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup with luxury positioning.
  • Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, affiliate tracking tools, Shopify.
  • Mandarin-speaking a plus, especially for Xiaohongshu and China-market livestreams.
