You will work closely with stakeholders across global and regional teams across multiple channels and in multiple languages and cultures.
As a specialist, this person will play a critical role within the team by creating and distributing best-in-class, consistent, and relevant content on social media that attracts, retains, and drives customer action within our target audiences, as well as being able to be the brand custodian and ensure standardization and drive brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global toolkits.
Job Description:
- Content creation experience, preferably in the financial/fintech industry with agency background.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, analysis, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels and online marketing tools.
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media channels.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and internal stakeholders for social & KOL activations.
- Identify, recruit, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or influencers.
- Analyze user behavior and channel preferences to inform content marketing plans.
- Provide metrics analysis and strategies for social media and influencer initiatives.
- Manage social media channels and daily operations.
- Create and manage social campaigns for new products or brands.
- Continuously improve social media strategy and execution.
- Conduct social listening and identify real-time marketing opportunities.
- Content creation and curation (photos, copy, graphics, videos, UGC).
- Community management (replying to comments/messages, flagging issues).
- Reporting on metrics for marketing campaigns/events.
- Work with different functions and stakeholders to meet branding criteria.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and/or creative content writing, preferably in financial/fintech industries.
- Self-starter with excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resourceful, motivated, and independent.
- Social media copywriting ability.
- Experience with photography, image/video editing software, and financial industry content creation is a plus.
- Ability to project manage and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in cross-cultural and cross-departmental contexts.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities, preferably with team leadership experience.
