About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our growing team in the medical industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visuals and managing social media content that communicates complex healthcare concepts in a clear and engaging way. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a focus on health-related content
  • Design visually compelling graphics for social media, digital ads, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Create educational content, motion graphics, and short-form videos to simplify medical information for a broader audience (basic video editing skills preferred)
  • Collaborate with the marketing, medical, and communications teams to ensure accuracy and cohesive messaging
  • Monitor social media trends and healthcare topics to keep content relevant and engaging
  • Manage and update the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns
  • Stay up to date with current design trends, social media best practices, and healthcare regulations related to digital content
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
  • Proven experience in creating visual content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Familiarity with medical or scientific content creation is a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
  • Excellent design skills with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a bonus
