Key Responsibilities
KOL Seeding & Relationship Management
Identify, shortlist, and engage KOLs that align with brand goals and target audience
Coordinate end-to-end product seeding campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to shipping and performance tracking
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs to foster loyalty and brand advocacy
Ensure timely delivery of content and that all KOL output adheres to brand guidelines
Video Scripting & Content Coordination
Develop clear video outlines and highlight key selling points to guide KOL content creation
Collaborate with KOLs throughout the production process — from planning to shooting and final delivery
Review and provide constructive feedback to ensure content reflects brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives
Campaign Execution & Performance Reporting
Schedule and oversee KOL content publishing across TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant platforms
Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions
Assist in preparing post-campaign reports and insights to evaluate success and inform future strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the E-Commerce, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure Public Relation efforts are aligned with broader marketing and sales goals
Support promotional activities such as product launches, live streams, and special campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in P.R, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and influencer trends
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
A creative eye for content storytelling and understanding of digital engagement metrics
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bonus: Experience with basic video editing, content planning tools, or influencer databases
