Account Manager / Project Manager
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Commitment: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience

We’re a growing social media agency looking for a driven and organized Account Manager / Project Manager who loves working with brands and creators. Your main role will be to manage client relationships and ensure the smooth execution of social media content projects from start to finish.

If you love the idea of working behind-the-scenes on viral videos, talking to clients, and making sure no deadline is missed — we want you.

What You'll Do:
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and our creative team.
  • Help plan and manage timelines for monthly video content, including shoot schedules and revisions.
  • Liaise with videographers, editors, and content creators to ensure deliverables are on-brand and on-time.
  • Sit in on strategy sessions and contribute ideas to boost content performance.
  • Review deliverables before client submission to ensure quality control.
  • Track project progress and help troubleshoot blockers quickly.
You Might Be a Great Fit If:
  • You’re extremely organized and love ticking things off a checklist.
  • You have experience managing clients or creative projects (agency experience is a big plus).
  • You understand the flow of social media content — especially short-form videos like TikToks, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
  • You’re a great communicator — friendly but assertive when needed.
  • You’re resourceful, solution-oriented, and don’t mind getting into the details.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Past experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, or video production.
  • Able to work with project management tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace
  • Experience working with Gen Z / millennial audiences.
