Job summary

Havas Singapore is seeking an Associate/Creative Director to lead the creative function for Havas Play, the Social, Content, and Experiential Events unit. You will drive social-first campaigns, inspire teams, and deliver breakthrough content ecosystems that connect culture with business impact.

You will shape the agency's creative vision, champion innovation, and oversee end-to-end creative development across social and content campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes and high-quality execution

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in creative roles within social-first, digital, integrated, or content agencies.
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in social-first creative strategies and content production.
• Deep familiarity with platform-native content and creator ecosystems.
• Experience balancing brand-building with performance-driven outcomes.
• Strong presenter with client-facing skills.
• Hands-on with content tech tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the agency's creative vision with social-first ideas that are culturally relevant.
• Lead ideation and concept development for campaigns across social and content.
• Establish best practices and creative frameworks for social, content, and digital initiatives.
• Own end-to-end creative development across social and content campaigns.
• Guide brand storytelling and social content strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Lead presentations, refine creative output, and ensure quality and consistency.
• Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration and experimentation.
